Purchasing from
Climate Classics Clothing Internet Store
All prices quoted on
the website are in Australian Dollars and include GST, (if any) but DO
NOT include freight/packaging. Freight/packaging will be added onto the
price of the particular items. Where possible multiple items will be
shipped together and costs kept to a minimum to save you money. Freight
will be calculated using Australia Post prices. We will advise you of
exact costs when processing your order. Customers may purchase items
displayed on the site using VISA and MASTERCARD. Do not send your
credit card details with your website order as we cannot guarantee their
security. We will process your
transaction personally with you over the telephone. We
also accept Direct Deposit of funds or Australia Post Money Orders. We
will supply our bank account details for direct deposits when we contact
you to process your order.
Delivery
At Climate Classics
we will ensure that your item is posted within 24 to 48 hours of receipt
of your payment. If for any reason we are unable to supply your item we
will contact you within that time frame and offer you the choice of
either cancelling your order and receiving a refund, or the option for us
to source the item for you, within your given time frame. Once your item
is posted it will be delivered within. <<Australia
Post's normal delivery time frames.>>
Refunds and Returns
Climate Classics
understands that purchasing clothes via Internet shopping is not an exact
science, especially with selecting appropriate sizing. When processing
your order we will do our best to give you all the information you need
to make the right choice.
We do not offer refunds on products sold via our website. Should a
particular item be found unsuitable it can returned in exchange for
another item of the same value, or returned in exchange for a gift
voucher or store credit for the particular amount, provided Climate
Classics receives the item within 7 days of the customer receiving the
item. (Returns can only be accepted - provided at all times that a
particular returned item has not been worn or damaged and is accompanied
by its original labeling.) Payment of any return freight shall be the
customer's responsibility, however postage on Gift Vouchers shall be
borne by Climate Classics.
Disclaimer
Although we make every
effort to describe and display items accurately, slight variations in
actual items may occur. While every item listed on the web site is, in
most cases available immediately, there may be times when we are out of
stock of a particular item. If this is the case we will make every effort
to dispatch goods as soon as they are available. Climate Classics
Reserves the right not to accept any order.

relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap
any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to
