Climate Classics we understand the benefits of having loyal customers
return again and again. We also believe that discerning shoppers are
seeking quality products that represent real value for money while having
less impact on our environment.
We seek to offer loyal customers even better value by
inviting them to join our NEW Customer Reward Program.
The Customer Reward Program operates by rewarding
members with store-wide discounts, once their accumulated dollar value
spent in our store reaches certain thresholds.
So the greater your spend, the greater your discount
entitlement. Discounts apply store-wide but do not apply on lay-by items
and items that have already been reduced below their normal full store
price. e.g. SALE Items. (See "Terms and Conditions of Use" below)
To take full advantage of the benefits your Customer
Reward Program can offer, you must supply your unique customer code, which
is located on the back of the Reward Card, when processing your purchase,
either at our point of sale or over the telephone if it is a telephone
purchase. Please contact our store for details on how to obtain your Card.

Clothing - Customer Reward Card Terms and Conditions of

The Climate Classics Clothing Customer Reward Card
program, [The Reward Program] is operated by Climate Classics
Clothing ABN 41478175744. Participation in The Reward Program indicates
agreement to be bound by its Terms and Conditions as detailed
below.

Only individuals may be Members of The Reward
Program. A person can join The Reward Program with an initial purchase.
A Customer Reward Card will be issued and activated at this time. The
initial and all subsequent transactions will be included in the Member's
Reward Account.

A
Member must complete the Registration Card at the Climate Classics
Clothing Store in order to use any future discount entitlements issued
through The Reward Program.

A
Member's name, postal address and a contact phone number are required
when registering his or her Reward Account. An email address is
optional. These details along with the Member's transaction history and
mailing requests will be held on a database maintained by Climate
Classics Clothing in order to administer The Reward Program. Under no
circumstances will information be made available to any other parties or
used for any other purpose unless required by law.

Members must keep their registration details up to
date. Customer Reward Cards that have not been used for 12 months will
be cancelled and cannot be reactivated, however customers can rejoin as
a new Customer Reward Card Member and be issued a new Customer Reward
Card.

Members earn eligibility to discounts on
all Full Price items available for purchase at the Climate Classics
Clothing store in accordance with their Reward Level. Once a reward
level has been achieved, entitlements to further discounts at that level
shall continue, provided conditions in clause 5. herein have been
satisfied. A Member's Reward Level is determined by the Member's
Accumulated Australian Dollar Value spent at the Climate Classics
Clothing Store thus :-

In order to accumulate their $ Value Spent in
Store, a member must present their Customer Reward Card at the time of
each transaction at the point of sale or, if the purchase is by
telephone, fax, mail order or online, by quoting their membership number
- in each case before the purchase is concluded.

All transactions on the Customer Reward Card accrue
in the member's name only and cannot be assigned, sold, refunded,
transferred, exchanged or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with
these Terms and Conditions.

Unless otherwise specified the Customer Reward
Program Discounts are not available with any other offer. Discounts
shall only apply on items offered for sale at the full store price and
shall not apply to "SALE" items, items that have been reduced below full
store price and items purchased by Lay-By.

Registration in The Reward Program indicates a
member's agreement to receive mailings including special offer &
event information and newsletters & catalogues.

Members must report if their Reward Card is lost or
stolen, and a replacement card will be issued.

The Customer Reward Card is neither a credit, debit
or stored value gift card and is to be only used for purposes associated
with the operation of The Reward Program.

All returns, or credits will be deducted from
the Members Accumulated Store $Value Spent.

Any
disputes relating to transactions in a member's Reward Account should be raised with
the Business Owner as soon as practical. Climate Classics Clothing retains absolute discretion
in the resolution of all disputes and the Business Owner's decision is
final and binds Reward Program Members.

Climate Classics Clothing
reserves the right, at any time without notice, to:
1.
decline to issue Customer Reward Cards;
2. on
reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel Customer Reward Cards, or
entitlements to Discounts;
3.
terminate a Cardholder's membership in The Reward Program; or
4.
terminate The Reward Program.
Reasonable grounds for withdrawal or cancellation of Cards include:
1. any
tampering or defacing or unauthorised use of a Customer Reward
Card. 2.
any abuse or attempted abuse of the Customer Reward Card or The Reward
Program;
3. any use or attempted use of a Customer Reward Card in a manner contrary
to these
Terms and Conditions; or
4. any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty of a Cardholder
in connection with The Reward
Program.

Climate Classics Clothing will not be liable for
the suspension or termination of The Reward Program on any account
whatsoever. All conditions and warranties, whether express or implied
and whether arising under statute or otherwise, as to the condition,
suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any
goods or services supplied to Members under The Reward Program are
expressly excluded to the full extent permitted by law. Any liability
the Climate Classics Clothing may have to a member under
statute in respect of such goods and services which cannot be excluded is
limited, where permitted, to supplying, or paying the cost of supplying, the goods
or services again or repairing, or paying the costs of repairing, the
goods, at Climate Classics Clothing's option.

Climate Classics Clothing is not
liable for;
1. Any
delay in replacing a lost, stolen or damaged Customer Reward
Card.
2. The suspension
and/or termination of The Reward Program.

The Climate Classics Clothing Customer Reward Card remains the property of
Climate Classics Clothing and may be recalled or cancelled at the
reasonable discretion of Climate Classics Clothing at any time. Climate
Classics Clothing reserves the right to make any changes at any time to
these Terms and Conditions and to any part of The Reward Program. A
