All prices quoted on the website are in Australian Dollars and include GST, (if any). We use PayPal as our electronic payment gateway, you may purchase items online with your credit card through PayPal or by other means using your PayPal account if you have one. VISA and MASTERCARD are welcome. You should not send your credit card details via email, as we cannot guarantee their security. You will be prompted for your card details during the secure checkout process.

Any freight/packaging charges will be added to the price of the particular item/s at checkout. Usually multiple purchases attract savings on aggregated freight costs. Where possible multiple items will be shipped together and costs kept to a minimum to save you money. Items are forwarded using traceable Australia Post Express Satchels. At Climate Classics we will ensure that your item is posted within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of your payment. If for any reason we are unable to supply your item we will contact you within that time frame and offer you the choice of either cancelling your order and receiving a refund, or the option for us to source the item for you, within your given time frame. Once your item is posted it will be delivered within Australia Post's normal delivery time frames.
Your order can be sent to any residential, workplace, Post Office Box, Locked Mail Bag or RSD address. Your parcel is fully traceable via the Australia Post tracking network. No signatures are required on delivery, however if no-one is available to take delivery of the package, Australia post will leave a card to advise that they attempted delivery and have transferred it for collection by you at the nearest available Post Office. You will need ID when you collect.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Returns and Exchanges
Climate Classics understands that purchasing clothes via Internet shopping is not an exact science, especially with selecting appropriate sizing. If you contact us prior to processing completing your order we will do our best to give you all the information you need to make the right choice. We do not offer refunds on products sold via our website. Should a particular item be found unsuitable (eg incorrect size) it can be returned in exchange for another item of the same value, or returned in exchange for a gift voucher or store credit for the particular amount, provided Climate Classics receives the item within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. (Returns can only be accepted - provided at all times that a particular returned item has not been worn, laundered or damaged and is accompanied by its original labeling.) Payment of any return postage shall be the customer's responsibility, however postage on sending a replacement of a faulty item or Gift Voucher shall be borne by Climate Classics. Where a return / exchange is requested by the customer due to incorrect sizing, the customer shall be responsible for all postage costs.
Disclaimer
Although we make every effort to describe and display items accurately, slight variations in actual items may occur. While every item listed on the web site is, in most cases available immediately, there may be times when we are out of stock of a particular item. If this is the case, we will make every effort to dispatch goods as soon as they are available. Should we be unable to supply any item a credit will be applied to your credit card accordingly and without penalty. Climate Classics reserves the right not to accept any order and is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from any item not being available for supply.
