Q: Does Climate Classics have clothing sizes that will fit me?

A:  We stock :-

• Ladies sizes available from S to XXL plus our *Easy-fit range. Easy-fit styles are offered in S to XXL and usually have elasticised waists as well as a more generous cut to suit a fuller figure.  Your comfort is important to us, so we don’t mind if it takes a little while to get your sizing just right.

• Mens sizes from M to XXL. Some pants have elasticised waists or draw strings to allow a variable fitting.

• Children sizes up to 6 years.

•  Babies up to 12 months.

Q. How should I care for my garments?

A. To keep your garments looking good and to prolong their life you should follow the “Care Instructions” on the garment label, which is attached to the clothing when you purchased it.

• WASHING :- Generally most items are machine washable (using the handwash or gentle cycle) with the water temperature not to exceed 30 degrees Celsius. (ie luke warm).

• DRYING :- Do not use tumble clothes dryer. Generally clothes should be hung up to dry on a hanger or clothes line. Heavier garments including pullovers, jumpers, etc. should be dried flat.

• IRONING :- Generally garments will not require ironing. If ironing is desirable, use a “cool iron” (ie Silk setting)

Q. Will the garments shrink?

A: At all times you should follow the care instructions on the garment label. Provided instructions are followed your garments should not shrink noticeably. Most weaves will (after wearing a few times) tend to give slightly due to the nature of the fibres. They will after washing resume their original shape.

Q: What is Climate Classics return policy?

A: Goods purchased may be returned for full refund or exchange, provided they have not been altered, or laundered, are in an "as sold" condition and the original labeling is in good order.

Q: Can Climate Classics arrange for alterations to garments?

A: Yes. Any minor alterations required to garments purchased “in store” will be done at no cost to purchasers. Once altered no refunds can be given.

Q: What happens if I’ve purchased the wrong size?

A: Simply return the garment/s and we will attempt to supply the correct sizing for you. If your size is not available or we cannot alter it to suit, you may choose another garment or failing that, we will refund your money.

Q: Does Climate Classics permit lay-by purchases?

A: Yes. Ask our friendly shop assistants for details.

Q: Does Climate Classics provide Gift Vouchers?

A: Yes. Gift vouchers may be purchased up to the value of $200 with a redemption life of 12 months.

Q: Does Climate Classics handle mail orders?

A: Yes, provided all goods are paid for prior to dispatch. We will cover the cost of postage within Australia only. Postage insurance is not provided, however may be arranged for at additional cost. Should any items need to be returned, the purchaser shall cover any return postage costs.

Q: Does Climate Classics provide credit card facilities?

A: Yes, we cater for Visa, Mastercard, and EFTPOS. (NO Credit Card surcharge applies). Sorry we are unable to accept American Express or Diners Cards.

Q: What are Climate Classics trading hours?

A: Our trading hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to Noon Saturdays. Closed Public holidays. Special appointments may be made outside normal business hours by arrangement. Tel: 0408 265 231.
