Q. How should I care for my garments? A. To keep your garments looking good and to prolong their life you should follow the “Care Instructions” on the garment label, which is attached to the clothing when you purchased it.

Q. Will the garments shrink? A: At all times you should follow the care instructions on the garment label. Provided instructions are followed your garments should not shrink noticeably. Most weaves will (after wearing a few times) tend to give slightly due to the nature of the fibres. They will after washing resume their original shape. ______________________________________________ Q: What is Climate Classics return policy? A: Goods purchased may be returned for full refund or exchange, provided they have not been altered, or laundered, and the original labeling is in good order.

Q: Can Climate Classics arrange for alterations to garments? A: Yes. Any minor alterations required to garments purchased “in store” will be done at no cost to purchasers. Once altered no refunds can be given. ______________________________________________ Q: What happens if I’ve purchased the wrong size? A: Simply return the garment/s and we will attempt to supply the correct sizing for you. If your size is not available or we cannot alter it to suit, you may choose another garment or failing that, we will refund your money.

Q: Does Climate Classics permit lay-by purchases? A: Yes. Ask our friendly shop assistants for details. ______________________________________________ Q: Does Climate Classics provide Gift Vouchers? A: Yes. Gift vouchers may be purchased up to the value of $200 with a redemption life of 12 months.

Q: Does Climate Classics handle mail orders? A: Yes, provided all goods are paid for prior to dispatch. We will cover the cost of postage within Australia only. Postage insurance is not provided, however may be arranged for at additional cost. Should any items need to be returned, the purchaser shall cover any return postage costs. _____________________________________________ Q: Does Climate Classics provide credit card facilities? A: Yes, we cater for Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and EFTPOS. (NO Credit Card surcharge applies). Sorry we are unable to accept American Express or Diners Cards.

Q: What are Climate Classics trading hours? A: Our trading hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to Noon Saturdays. Closed Public holidays. Special appointments may be made outside normal business hours by arrangement. Tel: 0408 265 231.
